It is the most user-friendly tool that brings all your Marketplace accounts at one place.

I do not have my products on any marketplace. Can SelluSeller be of use to me?

Yes. SelluSeller is for anyone who wishes to sell their products on one or multiple marketplaces.

You have to first complete all registration formalities on respective Marketplaces and then register with SelluSeller.

I sell my products only on my online store and not on any marketplace. Can SelluSeller be of use to me?

Yes. SelluSeller is for anyone who wishes to sell their products online.

Once you register with us, we will fetch all your live products from your online store and bring them on SelluSeller. If your online store is built on e-commerce platforms / solutions such as Magento, Shopify, etc., you need to provide required details such as the URL and signature key to SelluSeller to connect your online store. The other option is through API integration between SelluSeller and your online store if it is not built on such platforms. In case you have multiple online stores, you can manage them all through SelluSeller.


I sell my products on my online store and other marketplaces too. Can SelluSeller be of use to me?

Yes. SelluSeller is for anyone who wishes to sell their products online.

Once you register with us, we will fetch all your live products from your online store and marketplaces and bring them on SelluSeller.



Registration on SelluSeller


How can I register on SelluSeller?

Registering on SelluSeller takes no more than 30 seconds! Just visit the Sign Up page on www.selluseller.com, fill in your basic information and you are done. You get subscribed to the free trial right away!


Will I be given a User ID and Password for SelluSeller?

You can use the Email address and Password that you enter while signing up on SelluSeller as your User name and Password to log on.


If I register on SelluSeller, does that mean that I do not have to register on Marketplaces?

No. You have to separately register on SelluSeller and all marketplaces on which you want to sell your products.


Is there a registration fee on SelluSeller?

No. Registering on SelluSeller is absolutely free.


Is there a subscription fee on SelluSeller?

Yes. After your free trial is over, you have to choose a subscription type and pay the subscription fee through Credit/Debit Card to continue using SelluSeller services.


Do I need to renew my SelluSeller subscription?

You do not have to worry about manually renewing your SelluSeller subscription every time. Our system will automatically renew your subscription on the due date and bill your Credit/Debit Card whose details you have to share with us while subscribing our services through a subscription plan. We do not store any of your card details; those are stored directly with the secured and PCI-compliant payment gateway.


How can I renew my SelluSeller subscription?

You do not have to manually renew your SelluSeller subscription. Our system will automatically renew your subscription on the due date. The SelluSeller system will bill your Credit/Debit Card whose details you have to share with us while subscribing our services.


How can I cancel my SelluSeller subscription?

You can cancel your SelluSeller subscription any time by disconnecting your Credit/Debit Card from our system.

After you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use SelluSeller services till the end of your current subscription period.


Will SelluSeller send me reminders about my subscription renewal?

Yes. The subscription renewal reminders will be for your information only. Our system will automatically renew your subscription on the due date.


Which method can I use to pay for my SelluSeller subscription?

You can pay for your SelluSeller subscription only through your Credit/Debit Card.


What types of subscriptions are available on SelluSeller?

SelluSeller offers you two types of subscriptions — Do It Yourself (DIY) and Enterprise.

In the DIY subscription, you can pay either a monthly subscription fee or an annual subscription fee. The annual subscription works out cost effective (cheaper) compared to the monthly one.

Is monthly/quarterly subscription available on SelluSeller?

SelluSeller currently offers monthly and annual subscription services. Quarterly subscription is not available on SelluSeller.


May I get a free trial of SelluSeller services?

Yes. We believe you should try SelluSeller at no cost and without giving your card details so you can understand the power and exact utility of our product. The free trial offer is subject to the then promotion. However, currently you can use SelluSeller services absolutely free for 30 days from the day of signup.


For how long can I use the free trial services of SelluSeller?

You can use our services absolutely free for the first 30 calendar days. The free trial duration may be modified in the future.


Which documents/details are required to register on SelluSeller?

No documents are required to register on SelluSeller. Only basic information like your name, company name, mobile number, and email address are required.


How much time does it take to register on SelluSeller?

You can register on SelluSeller in not more than 30 seconds.


After I register on SelluSeller, how will I know that my account is active?

As soon as you register, your account becomes active on SelluSeller by default!


Can I upgrade my SelluSeller account from DIY to Enterprise?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your SelluSeller account depending on your need. You have to contact our Sales team at business@anchanto.comto switch your subscription type. Alternately, you can also connect with our Sales team through the Billing and Payment section in your SelluSeller account.


Can I change my SelluSeller account from Enterprise to DIY?

Yes, you can easily change your SelluSeller account depending on your need. You have to contact our Sales team at business@anchanto.com to switch your subscription type. Alternately, you can also directly connect with your Account Manager allocated to you under the Enterprise plan.


After my free trial is over, from when will my billing start?

Your billing starts from the first day after your free trial ends. You can purchase a subscription plan from the Subscription Management page of your account once your free trial ends.


What will happen if I fail to pay my bill on the due date?

SelluSeller subscription is automatically renewed based on your existing subscription plan. The amount will be directly deducted from the Credit / Debit card provided, so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of due dates! You will be notified whenever your subscription is renewed.



My SelluSeller Account


How can I view my SelluSeller account information?

You have to sign in to SelluSeller to view your account information. After you sign in, click in the upper-right corner on any page and then click Configurations.

The Configurations page appears with your account information under various tabs. Click the relevant tab to view the required account information.


How and when will SelluSeller get details of all my products from marketplaces it its system?

The SelluSeller system will get details of all your products from the marketplaces on which you are selling them immediately after you add those marketplaces to your SelluSeller account. To know how to add a marketplace, see How can I add a New Marketplace to my SelluSeller account?


How can I sync my SelluSeller account with my FBA account?

Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page and then click Configurations.

The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.

Enter your FBA credentials (FBA API Key, FBA Signature Key, and FBA Retailer Email) and click SYNC FBA. Your SelluSeller account is instantly synced with your FBA account. After syncing, all your FBA data is immediately available in your SelluSeller account.


Note
  • You will get your credentials details (API Key, Signature Key, and Retailer Email) from your fulfillment account.
  • Synching your SelluSeller account with your FBA account is a one-time activity.
  • If you do not sync your SelluSeller and fulfillment accounts, you become a DIY client on SelluSeller.

Can I add a new Marketplace to my SelluSeller account?

Yes, you can easily add a new Marketplace to your SelluSeller account. You have to first register on the new marketplace before adding it to your SelluSeller account.


How can I add a new Marketplace to my SelluSeller account?

You have to first register on the new marketplace that you want to add to your SelluSeller account.

  1. After you register on the new marketplace, sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Marketplace Management and then click Add New Marketplace at the bottom of the page.
  3. In the Add New Marketplace pop-up window, select the marketplace that you want to add and enter the required details such as the API Key and User ID.
  4. Click CONNECT. The marketplace is added to your SelluSeller account.

Can I delete a Marketplace from my SelluSeller account?

You cannot delete a Marketplace from your SelluSeller account. However, you can disconnect it from your account at any time.


How can I disconnect a Marketplace from my SelluSeller account?
  1. To disconnect a marketplace from your SelluSeller account, sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Marketplace Management and in the Action column, click Disconnect for the marketplace that you want to disconnect. The respective marketplace is immediately disconnected from your SelluSeller account.

  3. Note
    • When you disconnect a marketplace from your SelluSeller account, your products are not active on that marketplace anymore. Customers on that particular marketplace will not be able to view or purchase your products.
    • If you want to add a marketplace that you have deleted, click Connect in the Action column for that particular marketplace.

If I disconnect a Marketplace from my SelluSeller account, what will happen to my products that are live on that Marketplace?

After you disconnect a Marketplace from your SelluSeller account, all your products that are live on that marketplace become inactive. Customers on that particular marketplace will not be able to view or purchase your products.


I had deleted a Marketplace from my SelluSeller account. Can I add it again?

Yes. You can easily add any Marketplace that you had disconnected earlier from your SelluSeller account.


How can I add a disconnected Marketplace to my SelluSeller account again?
  1. To add a disconnected marketplace again to your SelluSeller account, sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Marketplace Management and in the Action column, click Connect for the marketplace that you want to add again. The Connect Marketplace pop-up window appears.
  3. In the Connect Marketplace pop-up window, enter the API Key and Contact Email and then click CONNECT. The respective marketplace is immediately added to your SelluSeller account.

Which Marketplaces can I add to my SelluSeller account?

You can easily view your SelluSeller subscription details.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click MPC Subscription. All your SelluSeller subscription details are displayed.

Can I manage my shipment preferences in SelluSeller?

Yes, in SelluSeller, you can manage all your shipment preferences very easily. SelluSeller allows you to add, delete, and modify your shipping carrier for a particular shipment type for a marketplace of your choice.


How can I add a shipping carrier for a Marketplace?

In SelluSeller, you can easily add a particular shipping carrier for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Shipping Management and then click here at the bottom of the page. The New Shipping Carrier area appears.
  3. From the Select the marketplace list, select the marketplace for which you want to add a shipping carrier.
  4. From the Select Shipment Type list, select the type of shipment.
  5. From the Select Shipping Carrier list, select the name of the shipping carrier of your choice.

  6. Note

    Select the Make it default shipping carrier check box if you want to set that shipping carrier as the default carrier for that marketplace.


How can I change the shipping carrier for a Marketplace?

In SelluSeller, you can easily change a shipping carrier that is mapped to a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Shipping Management and then click Edit for the marketplace for which you want to change the shipping carrier. The New Shipping Carrier area appears with names of the marketplace, shipment type, and shipping carrier.
  3. From the Select Shipping Carrier list, select another shipping carrier of your choice and then click UPDATE. The shipping carrier is successfully changed for that marketplace.

How can I make a particular shipping carrier my default carrier for a Marketplace?

In SelluSeller, you can easily set a shipping carrier as your default carrier for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Shipping Management and in the Default Carrier column, select the check box corresponding to the particular marketplace whose existing shipping carrier you want to set as default.

How can I change the shipment type for a particular Marketplace?

In SelluSeller, you can easily change the shipment type for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click Shipping Management and then click Edit for the marketplace for which you want to change the shipment type. The New Shipping Carrier area appears with names of the marketplace, shipment type, and shipping carrier.
  3. From the Select Shipment Type list, select another shipment type of your choice.

My preferred shipping carrier is not present in SelluSeller. Can I still use their services for a particular shipment type?

No. You have to choose your shipping carrier only from the ones that are present in SelluSeller. This is because we have chosen only the most reliable and trustworthy shipping carriers for you so that you do not have to worry about the timely delivery of your products and subsequent status updates.


Is my SelluSeller account secure?

Yes. Your account is 100 percent safe and secure because we have enabled the secure protocol for SelluSeller. We never keep or record your Credit or Debit Card details. Your Credit and Debit card details are always with the respective payment gateways and the information is always safe and secured because all payment gateways use secure encryption.


Can I have more than one user for my SelluSeller account?

Yes, you can have multiple users on your SelluSeller account.


Can I add another user to operate my SelluSeller account?

Yes, you can easily add multiple users to your SelluSeller account and allow them to operate it on your behalf.


How can I add another user to operate my SelluSeller account?

SelluSeller allows you to easily add users to your account. These users also get the Seller Admin role and can perform all operations and activities that you do from your account.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click User Management and then click here at the bottom of the page. The Add New User area appears.
  3. Enter all details as required and then click SAVE. The new user is added to your account and can perform various operations in the system.

Can I delete a user from my SelluSeller account?

Yes, you can easily delete an existing user from your SelluSeller account. A deleted user will not be able to sign in and perform any operation in SelluSeller.


How can I delete a user from my SelluSeller account?

SelluSeller allows you to easily delete existing users from your account. Deleted users will not be able to sign in and perform any operation in the SelluSeller system.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click User Management. A list of your users is displayed.
  3. In the last column, click Disconnect corresponding to the name of the user whom you want to delete from your SelluSeller account. The user is immediately disconnected from your account and their status changes to Disconnected.

  4. Note

    If you want to add a deleted user, in the last column, click Connect corresponding to the name of the user whom you want to add again. The user is immediately added to your account and their status changes to Active.


I want to modify my SelluSeller user details? How can I do it?

It is very easy to change/modify the details of your SelluSeller account users.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click User Management. A list of your users is displayed.
  3. In the Action column, click Edit corresponding to the name of the user whose details you want to modify/change. The Add New User area appears with details of the user.
  4. Modify the user details as required and then click SAVE. The new user details are saved in the system.
  5. Note

    You cannot make any changes to the email address of any user.


How can I know how many users are actively operating my SelluSeller account on my behalf?

SelluSeller allows you to easily view details of users who are active under your account.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller, click in the upper-right corner on any page, and then click Configurations. The Configurations page appears with the Fulfillment Management tab by default.
  2. Click User Management. A list of your users is displayed.
  3. In the Status column, view the status of all users under your account. Only users having the Active status can operate your SelluSeller account on your behalf.

I have added another user to operate my SelluSeller account. Which activities will the new user be able to do on my behalf?

In SelluSeller, a new user has the same rights and can perform all operations like the Seller Admin role. SelluSeller will have more specific user roles in the future and the section will be updated accordingly.


How many users can I add to operate my SelluSeller account?

During the free 30-day trial period, only one user can operate your account. DIY users will get limited 3 users under their subscription. Enterprise customers can add unlimited users to access SelluSeller.



My Catalogue


What is a Catalogue?

In SelluSeller, the Catalogue contains a complete list of all your products arranged systematically under various categories. The product categories are as follows:

  • Live
  • Ready to list
  • Draft (New)
  • Others
    • Failed
    • Under Review
    • Delisted (Inactive)
    • Conflicted
    • Listing in progress

What are “Live” Products?

Your products that are visible/present on various marketplaces and available for customers to buy are called as “Live” products.


What are “Ready to list” products?

A new product for which you have entered all required details in the SelluSeller system but have not yet listed it on any marketplace comes under the “Ready to list” products category.

You can list such products on marketplaces one by one or all at once by selecting them in the Ready to list tab and clicking List.


Under Draft, what are “New” products?

A new product for which you have started entering details in the SelluSeller system but have not entered all required details comes under the “New” products category.

You can list such a product on marketplaces only after you enter all its required details in SelluSeller.


Where may I see if for any of my products the listing is in progress?

All your products that you see in the “Listing In Process” column under the “Others” tab are in the process of being listed on respective marketplaces. The products that are successfully listed on marketplaces do not appear in this list.


What are “Failed” products?

The products that you had sent for listing but were rejected by a marketplace for any reason come under the“Failed” category.

To list such products, you have to rectify the reason for rejection given by the marketplace and then send them again for listing. To view the reason for rejection, point to .The reason for rejection appears.


What are “Under Review” products?

After you enter all required details of a new product in SelluSeller and send it for listing, the respective marketplaces review details of that product. Such products whose details are being reviewed by any marketplace before listing come under the “Under Review” category.

You do not have to take any action on products from this category. The respective marketplace will list them as soon as possible.


What are “De-listed” products?

A product that either you or a marketplace has made inactive on that marketplace is called a “De-listed” product. Such a product is not visible to customers on that marketplace and hence they cannot buy it.

You can list such a product on that marketplace again just by modifying its details and sending it back for listing to marketplaces.


What are “Conflicted” Products?

Products for which no inventory SKU is assigned typically come under the “Conflicted” category.

You just have to assign the correct inventory SKU to such products in SelluSeller and send them again for listing on marketplaces.


What type of products can I list on Marketplaces through SelluSeller?

SelluSeller enables you to list the following two types of products on marketplaces:

  • Kit
  • Product

A Kit is a combination of individual products that you want to sell together on marketplaces. The constituent products of a Kit are packed together before they are delivered to a customer.

A product means a single product that is sold individually on marketplaces.


I want to view only my individual New (Draft) products for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your individual New products that you have created for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Draft. All your new products are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Product and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your new products.

The page appears with a list of your individual new products for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my New Kits (Draft) for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your New Kits that you have created for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Draft. All your new products are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Kit and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your new kits.

The page appears with a list of your new kits for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my individual “Ready to list” products for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your individual “Ready to list” products for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Ready to list. All your products that are ready to be listed are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Product and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your “Ready to list” products.

The page appears with a list of your individual “Ready to list” products for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my “Ready to list” kits for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your “Ready to list” kits for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Ready to list. All your products that are ready to be listed are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Kit and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your “Ready to list” kits.

The page appears with a list of your “Ready to list” kits for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my individual “Under Review” products for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your individual “Under Review” products for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Others → Under Review. All your products that are under review by various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Product and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your “Under Review” products.

The page appears with a list of your individual “Under Review” products for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my “Under Review” Kits for a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your “Under Review” Kits for a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Others → Under Review. All your products that are under review by various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Kit and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your “Under Review” Kits.

The page appears with a list of your “Under Review” Kits for that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my individual products that are live on a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your individual products that are live on a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Live. All your products live on various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Product and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your live products.

The page appears with a list of your individual products that are live on only that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my Kits that are live on a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your Kits that are live on a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Live Products. All your kits live on various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Kit and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your live kits.

The page appears with a list of your kits that are live on only that particular marketplace.


I want to view only my individual products failed by a particular Marketplace. How can I do it?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view your individual products failed by a particular marketplace.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Others → Failed. All your products failed by various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Type list, select Product and in the Marketplaces list, select the name of the particular marketplace for which you want to view your failed products.

The page appears with a list of your individual products that were failed by that particular marketplace.

Through SelluSeller, you can easily list your products in bulk on one marketplace at once. You have to first create those products in bulk in the SelluSeller system. See “How can I create products in bulk to list on Marketplaces of my choice?” to know how to create products in bulk in SelluSeller.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Options → Bulk Listing. The Product Bulk Import pop-up window appears.

  2. From the Select Marketplace list, select the marketplace on which you want to list your products in bulk and click NEXT. All your “ready to list” products are displayed.
  3. Select the check box for all products that you want to list and then click Bulk List. The products are sent for listing to the selected marketplace in bulk.
  4. Note

    Select the Select All check box if you want to send all products for listing to the selected marketplace.


How can I list my products present on one marketplace to another?

Through SelluSeller, you can easily list all your products that are present on one marketplace to another marketplace.

  1.  Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Options → Cross Listing. The Cross List Product pop-up window appears.

  2. Select the source marketplace (from which you want to copy products) and destination marketplaces (on which you want to list products) from the respective lists and click CLONE. Details of all your products are cloned.
    Note

    You can select multiple destination marketplaces.


  3. Click Options → Bulk Listing. The Product Bulk Import pop-up window appears.
  4. From the Select Marketplace list, select the marketplace on which you want to list your cloned products in bulk and click NEXT. All your “ready to list” products are displayed.
  5. Select the check box for all products that you want to list and then click Bulk List. The products are sent for listing to the selected marketplace in bulk.
  6. Follow step 3 to 5 for all marketplaces on which you want to list the cloned products.

  7. Note

    Select the Select All check box if you want to send all products for listing to the selected marketplace.

No, you cannot delete a live product from any marketplace through SelluSeller. You have to visit the particular marketplace to delete a product that is live on that marketplace. However, a product can be deactivated on a marketplace through SelluSeller.


How can I view the remaining/available stock of a particular Live product?

Through SelluSeller, you can easily view the remaining/available stock of a particular Live product.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Live. All your products live on various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Search Products box, enter the name or SKU of the live product whose stock you want to view. The results matching your search criterion are displayed.
  3. In the Stock column, view the stock of the live product corresponding to the product name.

How can I add more images of a product that is live on marketplaces?

Through SelluSeller, you can easily add more images of a product that is live on marketplaces. Note that you can do this only if the respective marketplaces allow adding images after the product is live.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Live. All your products live on various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Search Products box, enter the name or SKU of the live product to which you want to add more images. The results matching your search criterion are displayed.

When I list a product on cross border marketplaces, do I have to convert the cost of the product in the country’s currency?

No. When you list a product on cross-border marketplaces, SelluSeller automatically converts the cost of the product to the country’s currency. The conversion is based on the then current market rates. However, you may edit these prices at any time.


Can I add multiple images of a single product on marketplaces?

Yes, through SelluSeller, you can easily add multiple images of your products on marketplaces that allow addition of images to products after they are created.


How can I change/modify details (like Name, Dimensions, MRP, Selling Price etc.) of a product that is already live on marketplaces?

Through SelluSeller, you can easily change/modify details (like Name, Dimensions, MRP, Selling Price etc.) of a product that is live on marketplaces. Note that you can do this only if the respective marketplaces allow changing/modifying product details after it is live.

Conflicted products are those that do not have the Inventory SKU mapped to them. To remove such products from the Conflicted list, you have to assign an inventory SKU to them or map them to an inventory SKU.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click CATALOGUE → Others → Conflicted. All your products conflicted for various marketplaces are displayed.
  2. In the Search Products box, enter the name of the product to which you want to assign an inventory SKU.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the products to which you want to assign an inventory SKU and then click Assign Inventory SKU. The Conflicted Products page appears.

  4. Note

    The Assign Inventory SKU link appears only after you select at least one check box.

  5. In the Inventory SKU list, select the SKU that you want to assign to the selected products and then click SAVE & UPDATE.

The product is removed from the Conflicted list.


What do the colorful dots next to marketplace names under a product listing indicate?

SelluSeller indicates a product’s listing status through a specific colored dot next to the product. These four colors indicate a product’s status as follows:

  1. The Green dot indicates that the product is listed successfully on the marketplace.
  2. The Red dot indicates an error in listing. You need to take action on such products so they can be listed. SelluSeller will also indicate the reason of the error received from the marketplace. This information will help you to update only the precise fields.
  3. The Yellow dot indicates the ‘Ready To List’ status. Such products can be listed on marketplaces.
  4. The Grey dot indicates that the product is deactivated from the marketplace and SelluSeller.

How can I view the complete list of all my products?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view the complete list of all the products in your inventory.

Sign in to SelluSeller and click INVENTORY. A list of all products in your inventory is displayed by default.


How can I modify the details of a product from my inventory?

In SelluSeller, you can easily modify the details of any product from your inventory.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click INVENTORY. A list of all products in your inventory is displayed by default.
  2. In the Search Products box, enter the name or iSKU of the product whose details you want to modify. The results matching your search criterion are displayed.
  3. In the iSKU column, click the <iSKU number> of the product whose details you want to modify. The Edit Product page appears with details of the product.
  4. Modify the product details as required, and then click UPDATE INVENTORY. The product details are updated in the inventory and a confirmation message appears.

Click DISCARD if you do not want to update the product details in your inventory.

  3. Enter stock details of your products in the Sample_Inventory_Stock_Import Excel sheet and save it.

Sign in to SelluSeller and click ORDERS. All your new orders are displayed by default.


How can I create a new order for My Store?

In SelluSeller, you can easily create a new order for your “My Store.”

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click ORDERS. All your new orders are displayed by default.
  2. Click Create Order. The Order Details page appears.
  3. Enter all details as required and click CREATE ORDER. The order is created.

  • Click Add New Product to add a product to the order. The area expands. Search for the product and enter the required details.
  • Click DISCARD if you do not want to create the new order and delete its details.

How can I view the order summary for a new order?

In SelluSeller, you can easily view the detailed order summary of your new orders.

  1. Sign in to SelluSeller and click ORDERS. All your new orders are displayed by default.
  2. In the Search Orders box, enter the order number of the order whose summary you want to view. The results matching your search criterion are displayed.
